West Ham fans stand with Wolves fans. Our loyal old and young season ticket holders are facing severe changes to their concessions as well as above inflation price rises. It is simply not on. Pls sign the Wolves petition
We are closing in on 10,000 signatures. An incredible statement.
One step closer to sending every single signature to the club.
Please read and sign.

It’s our club, not theirs.

We had a meeting with the club this evening to discuss all aspects of ticketing. Talks were professional, courteous and respectful. We have made the position of the fans we collectively represent clear. We are aiming to have the minutes published by the end of the week.
A good day yesterday on and off the pitch. Thank you to all who came to support the ticket price campaign. This is just the start!
We urge the Club to engage with us on a fair & sustainable ticket strategy to preserve the future of our fan base
#StopExploitingLoyalty
West Ham stand with Wolves and all other fans of clubs who are forgetting where they have come from and why our loyalty has built our collective culture which the world admires.
Thousands have already signed a petition against Wolves’ “offensive” ticket price hikes and today fan reps from the
@Wolves1877T
are part of asupporter delegation due to meet senior Premier League executives in London.
#WWFC
We send our support to all fan groups and organisations at West Ham following the removal of all child and OAP season tickets. This is yet another example of loyal fans being ignored and taken for granted. It’s not football anymore.

@WeAreTheFSA
Morning all fellow West Ham fans.
We have asked
@WestHam
to provide free coaches to Anfield for the Liverpool Carabao Cup quarter final in December because the last train out of Liverpool is about 40 mins after kick off.
We need as many West Ham fans up there as possible! COYI
Great to meet the
@EFC_FanAdvisory
earlier. A really good bunch of people who have done a great job of building a truly independent fan advisory board. Something all fan advisory boards should be! May the best team win on Saturday!
Here’s our statement on the meeting held at The London Stadium with our fan groups and club representatives. Some good news and areas that still remain unresolved. We will continue talks
“Frozen or a small increase next season” he’s apparently said to fans in his emails
10% is probably a small increase in Jeff’s World. The Disabled and U14 increases should be scrapped for a start

We have made a statement about the current cost of season tickets way above inflation and cruel and shortsighted changes to concessions for the old, young and disabled.
#saveourconcessions
Here’s a petition set up by West Ham fans. The ISC has campaigned against these season tickets price rises and the significant changes to young and old concessions. Please consider signing and sharing
4/4 We have also suggested that the Club consider utilising the 17.45 kick off time to offer Kids for a Quid as it will help towards making it a full house for the game and give younger fans a great opportunity to experience a West Ham European game. Let’s see what the Club do.
Please find our statement below.
Ahead of our scheduled (separate) meetings with both Mr. Moshiri and EFC in the 3rd week of May, we have additionally requested an emergency meeting with the club to express our concerns and seek clarification for the benefit of our supporters.
Thank you David Moyes you did what so many tried but failed to do and win us a trophy. We wish you well in whatever you do next! Possibly the best West Ham manager since the late great John Lyall!

@WestHam
announced Season Ticket Holders will receive a commemorative gift celebrating our historic 2022/23 campaign.
A win for

who presented this idea & has pushed for a welcome pack for all STH for the past year!

For the avoidance of doubt, we have called for ALL of the changes West Ham have made to concessions & the above inflation price rises for season tickets to be reversed. We’ve been crystal clear on this. And we remain crystal clear.
#saveourconcessions
Imagine if
@WestHam
had 58,000 home fans in their stadium who felt they were respected by the owners, who felt part of their club, who wanted to spend their money on food/drink/merchandise to help their club make more profit. Just imagine….
#saveourconcessions
1/3 We are calling on other football fan groups and the
@WeAreTheFSA
to support our call for the age for concessionary prices to be reduced back from 66 to 65 years old for this coming season, 2023/24. This 100% price rise was announced to fans with less than 24 hours notice….
We have made a considered statement about season ticket pricing and the change to the terms around concessions that have been made at West Ham. We are very disappointed
The ISC has spoken to the club again about the radical changes to age & disability concessions imposed on fans. We await a considered and positive response for our call to restore the position as it was, which was fair, equitable and rewarded loyalty
#saveourconcessions
Morning all. Our statement about our meeting with the club on Tuesday covering ticket pricing and withdrawal of concessions on Tuesday will be published today.
We support Spurs fans who are standing up for the rights of their loyal fans who will get their age related concessions removed. We are also concerned that this will not stop for older fans at West Ham but will affect disabled, young fans & family members
#StopExploitingLoyalty
If you are a young West Ham fan, or a disabled West Ham fan, or an older West Ham fan, its as clear as day that West Ham don’t want to encourage you to come to watch your team.
Talk is cheap. Concessions are not.

1/4 We’ve written to the Club on the 24th Feb about the early KO for the tie vs Freiburg. Fans reported that they felt pressured into buying tickets in advance as they were told via the Club website that prices could rise depending on who we got drawn against.
Good meeting last night of the West Ham FAB members ahead of meeting with the club 11th September. Unity & focus will be key so we are effective on behalf of all the fans. Concessions & ticket pricing top of the list. It looks like we have a great team but results are everything
We pleaded with West Ham to reconsider their mendacious & cruel policy towards young & old. Not once, not twice, but three times. They told us there will be no change. West Ham’s owners talk big about ‘legacy’ and being ‘custodians’ of OUR club. Talk is cheap concessions are not
The minutes of the meeting 13th August 2024 between us and the club called because of the concessions and ticket pricing issues have now been published you can read them here
Ticket price rises during a cost of living crisis are affecting us all. We stand with our
@WeAreTheFSA
colleagues at THST. Premier League clubs should be accountable for these decisions. Match going fans are the lifeblood of our clubs and we are being priced out.

#thfc
There's also ticket price trouble at
#AVFC
- who are in the spotlight over the pricing of its new Terrace View section (£1,500) with
@Villa_Trust
saying they have serious concerns about how the club is being run off the pitch:
Big day for the ISC today. Let’s see how we get on with the negotiations with the Club to build a fan advisory board that truly listens and represents West Ham fans by asking the questions they want asked and getting the actual answers.
West Ham stand with Spurs on this. We have seen an attack on our young and old fans via mendacious changes to concessions. There is no need for these changes for loyal fans. None.
We are extremely disappointed with the Club’s decision to increase match day tickets prices for the second consecutive year.
This follows the
@SpursOfficial
announcement earlier this year that have seen season tickets increase by six per cent and of course the disgraceful
Ahead of Sunday’s game against Chelsea we have proactively noted the changes to the walkways to the stadium. We know this is going to cause all sorts of issues for fans arriving and leaving the match. We have asked the Club what the plans are and as yet we have no reply.
2/4 We’ve requested that all fans who bought tickets to the Europa League round of 16 home tie in advance of the opponents and kick off time being known be offered a full cash refund if they are unable to make the match.
Just by way of an update we have asked West Ham about the change of terms and service levels in Club London. Right now we are awaiting any further information. We initiated this contact last Thursday. Make of that what you will.
Although no further consultation has taken place following the ISC representations after the Larnaca ticket pricing, we note the Club has today announced prices for the Gent game, lower than the previous ECL round. Hopefully the London Stadium will be sold out on April 20th.
Here’s our view on the cost of season tickets and some important facts about what we knew and what we had asked for. We are extremely disappointed with what fans have been offered.
The ISC was set up to represent West Ham fans. This time last year we queried the process of ticket sales for the last 16 ECL. We thought lessons had been learned. There was no consultation on the announcement for EL tickets. This is utterly disappointing & insulting to our fans
In response to fans requests, we have asked West Ham to confirm if West Ham supporters' personal data has been compromised by the Ticketmaster data breach reported this weekend. We will keep everyone posted.
3/4 We feel that the majority of fans won’t take that offer of a refund up, but for those who have spent their hard earned money in advance & now cannot make the game it would be a fantastic gesture of loyalty from the Club to the fans - one that all fans would greatly appreciate
All football fans who actually go to games to support their team should check this out. Aside from some historic and let’s say ‘local differences’, West Ham stand with Spurs on this issue. W can also stand with Chelsea, Arsenal and even, hush hush, Millwall too.
Our focus, for now, remains our campaign to see
@SpursOfficial
withdraw unnecessary match day ticket increases. We are coordinating a ticket pricing demonstration ahead of the first Premier League home game of the season against Manchester United on Saturday 19 August. Kick-off
All Disabled Supporters should be mindful that the Accessibility Search Lanes will be open until 20 mins before kick off, when the DSA will go due to continued physical & verbal abuse to staff members who are just doing their job. This our fellow
@WestHam
fans is not acceptable.
Feelings around the early kickoff for the Freiburg home match on March 14th have been noted. With other supporter groups, we are working on this issue with
@WHU_ISC
The ISC met with the Club on the 30th January to discuss the terms of reference for the Fan Advisory Board as required by the Premier League where we submitted our draft documents representing months of our work. We have received nothing back from the Club thus far.
West Ham fans stand with Spurs fans on this issue. It’s almost like the
@premierleague
clubs are in lockstep. Time for the fans to unite and represent!
As the dawn of a new season approaches, a reminder that fan groups at
#Spurs
and across the division are calling on their clubs to
#StopExploitingLoyalty
and to reverse the disgraceful treatment of our senior citizens. Solidarity with

Good afternoon all - just for the record here’s where we are with FAB negotiations. Please respect that we are bound by confidentiality agreements. We being the club and the ISC.
1/2 We have formally challenged the height and position of the wall in the West Stand with the Club. There are no plans to change this. The ISC will continue to press for this wall to be reduced in height….
As
@LFC
reveal their plans for even more safe standing to be opened against
@afcbournemouth
on Saturday, it asks BIG questions of clubs that have made *absolutely no plans* to introduce any safe standing for fans.
@WestHam
are one of those clubs ⚒️
Leadership always comes from the top. We would love to meet with Mr Sullivan and explain why football needs a regulator. It is an industry, it creates wealth, it creates jobs, it pays taxes and it is a key tenet of our culture
3/3
Given the cost of living crisis and the lack of notice of this price rise forced on fans by the Club, the ISC feels that it is both unreasonable and unfair.
We therefore calls on
@WestHam
to reconsider & re-institute the concession age from 66 to 65 before the season starts
It’s the old tactic of ‘state one thing’ and then ‘follow with an outcome’ thus inferring a link. The ISC told the club how unhappy fans were about the concessions/band5 & 6 we never mentioned anything about standing. There’s no consultation on that aspect at all. Disingenuous.
Another statement following West Ham writing to some season ticket holders yesterday about mitigations the club has had to introduce following their decision to change the concessions policy without consultation. The fight continues
#saveourconcessions
We’ve asked West Ham 3 times who is in charge of Club London as apparently it is nothing to do with West Ham (?) Although CL isn’t officially represented on the ISC & season ticket holders may well be setting up a fan representation group we need to know who is actually in charge
#HungerDoesntWearClubColours
| What unites us is far greater than anything that divides us. Our volunteers will be in the usual place from 5.00pm and look forward to welcoming 6,000 West Ham fans to our City.
Never underestimate the power of the collective
#SaveOurConcessions
The ISC thanks chair Steve Applebee and vice chair Sue Watson for their service on behalf of West Ham fans. Andy Payne has been appointed the interim role of chair as of Monday 15th January 2023 ahead of an election in the near future.
Right now, more than ever, it’s important that future & current generations of supporters are not priced out of football. We are charged amongst the most expensive prices in the Premier League and Europe by one of the richest Clubs in Europe. It is an exploitation of fan loyalty.
Thanks to those who raised the axing of senior concessions at the Fan Forum last night. The Club committed to ‘engage’ with the FAB on this and said concessions were ‘paused’ not ‘stopped’. How about ending this sorry episode now and reversing on your decision
@SpursOfficial
?
Today we decided to resign from the Fan Advisory Board
We expected a rise, but pricing out loyal fans & future generations?
150th anniversary should be a celebration of all things Aston Villa
This is two fingers up to the toil, effort & loyalty of everyday folk

Our statement about the fact that West Ham decided to up their prices for season ticket holders and change over 65 to over 66 concessions is incoming… sorry it’s a bit late!
Little acorns: a constant complaint that the hot water never worked in the women's facilities nearest to block 138 in the Billy Bonds stand went unresolved. We contacted
@WestHamHelp
and it was resolved for the Villa game. Hurrah!
West Ham have said that they are in favour of safe standing area(s) in the stadium. But to be clear the Club have made no plans, as yet, to support this aspiration. We hope that plans will be drawn up very soon.
LLDC draft accounts published last month reveal the London Stadium is now valued at £910,000 down from £1.5m while the multistory car park is valued at £6.9m up from £4.5m last year
Yesterday, our Chair spoke to Nicola Keye, Director of Ticketing, clearly expressing the ISC’s position on the unacceptable change to the qualifying age for senior concession for season tickets.
Following the announcement from the Club of Adult tickets for £15 - to confirm this is for Bands 5/6. Season Ticket holders in this Band, who have already purchased their European ticket will be refunded the difference in Club Cash.
The ISC have raised the issue of safe standing which had been intimated by West Ham United would be implemented at some stage in the future. At this time, the ISC is unaware that the Club has any plans to support safe standing. We will keep pressing the Club for answers.
8/The ISC asks the Club Board to revisit these decisions & respond to their loyal Hammers supporters, specifically
Why is an 8% increase justified?
Why was it necessary to change the qualifying age for a senior concession?
Why implement the over 66 change with only 24 hrs notice?
A really positive and helpful meeting at
@premierleague
yesterday to meet with other FAB members. Suffice to say it is early days, and clubs all have different interpretations of the Premier League framework. We have gold standard FABs all the way down to wood standard!
@henrywinter
appreciate that you are busy at the Euros but wondered if you could help with our petition to West Ham to reconsider the policy of removing age concessions for young/old. Instead of rewarding loyalty it penalises it
David Moyes made fans fall in love with West Ham again. His team rebuilt the connection with the crowd. Piece on Moyes, the end of an era and his farewell at the London Stadium

West Ham will receive £37.4m merit bonus for finishing the Premier League table in ninth position. That payment is up £15.6m from the £21.8m merit payment they received for finishing 14th last season. Each place is worth £3.1m
Former Bayern president Uli Hoeneß: "We could charge more than €120 per season ticket. If we charge €350 per season ticket we would get €2m extra, but what does that mean for us?
