Building resilient trauma care systems for #crisis readiness Early investment in preparedness is key to an effective emergency response. Strengthening trauma care pathways, covering pre-hospital, hospital, and post-operative care with a focus on early rehabilitation is critical.

WHO team, in collaboration with the @mophleb's PHEOC, visited Al Mahabba hospital in Deir el Ahmar and the affiliated volunteer Emergency Medical Service team to explore potential areas of support and coordination, and delivered First Aid kits and medical supplies. @WHOEMRO @WHO
