i agree with you & moving towards a safer industry is what everyone wants to see. BUT a lot of the abuse is bw athletes and coaches not teammates so i just don't know how they will prevent that since coaches are always over 18

Heads up.
If you’ve got a Team that competes in the Level 6 or 7 elite divisions — Varsity All Star announced a mid-season scoring update deemed a “Special Scoring Update” to “reduce the stress” of cheerleading’s most skilled athletes as the season continues on.

this needs to be mandatory. the amount of acl braces i saw at worlds was sickening. if it's about money charge an extra $20 a month for May.
All star gyms should have mandatory time off throughout the year.
- Prevents burnout
- Allows for injury recovery
- Well rounded athletes are mentally healthier
- Athletes sometimes miss out on educational opportunities
- Lack of socialization leads to higher risk of grooming
