Chrysta Narcisse finishes her high school career going out in style as the Lafayette HS Lady Lions win the state championship with a 52-46 victory over John Curtis. Narcisse finished with 26pts, 15rebs while Sophomore Kira Johnson chipped in 11pts, 13rebs.

2025 Annarose Tyre 5’8 PG (Lambert HS) is a tough hard nosed PG that doesn’t back down from competition. In a really competitive game this afternoon, Tyre caught the attention of D2, D3 and NAIA coaches in attendance. She was able to show range from long distance and distribute.

This game was a game that came down to the end where Louisiana United was able to close out Dow. The stretch led Alana Benoit, Asia Patton & Journee Johnson. Carly Meynard came up with multiple critical rebounds.
Kaliyah Samuels (2026) Lafayette Christian Academy (LA) is one to keep an eye on. The 6’0 forward will be a matchup problem as she continues to develop on the wing to go along with her post game. Her range extends out to the 3pt line.
