We're pleased to report further results from the maiden grade control drilling program at our Kiaka Project in Burkina Faso, with results including 5m at 27.2 g/t gold. Kiaka is tracking to schedule and budget for first gold production in Q3. Read more:

In recognition of World AIDS Day, observed annually on December 1st, West African Resources $WAF initiated an awareness and screening campaign on 10 December 2024 at the Mankarga Village health center. The campaign ran throughout December. Read more:

On 28 December 2024, the National Police Sports Association (AS Police) organised an event for the children of fallen officers who have lost their lives in the line of duty. $WAF is proud to support this initiative and provide sponsorship to the AS Police football team.

On December 11, Burkina Faso celebrated its Independence Day, and West African Resources was honoured with the National Order of Honor Medal for Local Communities. This award recognises our contributions to the development of municipalities and local communities.
