Mattapan and Dorchester are homes, sanctuaries, and cultural hubs for Boston’s Black and Brown communities. That’s why I’m proud to support DVM Housing Partners, who are making affordable homeownership a reality with 30 new homes and 3 commercial spaces for local entrepreneurs.

My office introduced an ordinance to eliminate fees for birth and death certificates in Boston. These essential documents shouldn’t come with financial hurdles, especially for low-income families, Returning Citizens, and those navigating the loss of a loved one.
