This is disgusting behaviour from the individual who did the charge back and absolutely wrong and disgraceful of @Twitch to allow it!!!
A reminder that Twitch does not infact have ANY protection. Whilst I was on the front page on Twitch a month ago, I had someone come in and hang out for 6+ hours, boast about their money, donate subs/ bits that I was very grateful for. He has then proceeded to harrass my community / talent agency because he 'forgot he has other bills to pay so will need the money back.' , despite Twitch's Gift Subscription Policy, which states: "Gift subscriptions are not refundable except where the purchaser experienced a technical issue with the purchase, the purchase was made fraudulently, or where otherwise required by law.'' There was no fraud, no technical issue. I feel like this is so malicious and my fun on the front page was dampened. I've been hit with a $242.32 chargeback. This makes me not trust ANY subs or bits coming my way. Twitch allowing chargebacks under these circumstances creates financial insecurity and sets a precedent for viewers to abuse the system. This means we all now can gift subs to channels and just get the money back because why not?

"Are we dating the same guy" was a group set up by women to help protect each other from cheaters & abusers. London men set up the "Are we dating the same girl" Telegram group chat to share revenge porn and lies about girls, including minors. Can't wait for the jail sentences✌️

@KMaC703 @SweeetTails Yes, you have some valid points. But please explain how a clip for context would also avoid that situation? That would have made the it worse. I wouldn’t concern so much simply posting about it. More rather IF someone decided to name drop, it would be more them in the wrong.

@KMaC703 @SweeetTails I saw your og post . It was only the pointing out potential defamation whilst also saying no clip was posted for context…that’s the contradiction part. The rest I actually got where you were coming from also. End of the day though, she had shared an experience without naming.
