Nigerian-American racing star Ugo Ugochukwu has made history again, winning the first Formula Regional Middle East race at the Dubai Autodrome on Saturday. The morning’s qualifying session started slow, with only a few cars on track. But as time went on, more drivers rushed out, causing heavy traffic. Pinnacle Motorsport’s Finley Green took advantage of a clear track to grab provisional pole position. With just three minutes left, most drivers finally went for their flying laps, trying to beat Green’s time. But Ugochukwu, driving for R-ace GP, showed why he’s one of the brightest young talents in motorsport. He delivered an outstanding performance, crossing the finish line first and proving his skill once again.
