TRUMP TARIFFS KILL HOUSING CONSTRUCTION One day after Trump announces 25% tariff on steel, a proposal for 200 apartments in Chicago was slashed by 77% because it could no longer be financed. BEFORE & AFTER 10 year treasuries yield 4.5%, and imported aluminum and steel are now 25% more expensive. This will decimate large-scale construction projects across the country.

@mariotanev @SFMTA_Muni I hope that's the case, not holding my breath @SFMTA_Muni will be able to meet their deadline. There are still bus stops whose access are being blocked by parked cars.
