@agtruesdell What an incredible case. The odds that a patient with an aortic dissection extending into the LM will survive and present to the lab is so low. Congratulations on making this diagnosis. I had a very similar case involving RCA where I used IVUS and found flap starting in aorta
Not all #stemi is due to atherosclerosis. If things look odd on angiography err on the side of getting more data first. Here is a good example of an inferior stemi where stenting was not the right answer. #ACCFIT #Cardiotwitter @RiyazBashir @DougDrachmanMD

@realarainmd @HA_Bruno07 Beautiful example of guide extension BAT. thankfully there was an incredible amount of support from the guide which is probably the most important piece to the whole procedure. W/o guide support I don’t think the GE would have tracked anywhere nearly as easily as it did
