Sadly on this day 2001, football lost a top bloke when David Rocastle died at just 33. A legend at Arsenal who came to Leeds as a replacement for the ageing Gordon Strachan but he never got much of a chance with Strachan still going strong. Whenever he played, he had a good game.

20-years ago today we lost a legend at Leeds United who will never be forgotten. I was fortunate enough to know Billy personally as a youngster and not only was he a top footballer but he was a top man who loved talking football. RIP Billy.
