Angry Guy: Sir, you must sanction this airline!!! Otherwise I will surely them to court. My lawyer says I have a great case. I will teach them a lesson. Me: Calm down. Tell me what happened. Me: By the way, I am looking at the original copy of the complaint letter written and signed by you to the airline. In it, you said that you arrived 30 minutes before departure due to traffic congestion on the express way. Sir, the check-in desk was already closed by the time you got there. You were a no-show. Angry Guy: This cannot happen to me. I will fight. I will deal with.... Me: Sigh. Your lawyer should know better than.

A Nigerian passenger travelling through Turkey with a long layover may be entitled to accommodation. However, to be able to access that accommodation, you MUST have a Turkish visa from the consulate in Nigeria. Without that visa, you cannot enter Istanbul.

Is that your money? Exactly how much did you contribute to it. Do your neighbours quarrel with your parents because they have no cars and your family has one? As long as you fail to accept that levels are not equal, you can never be happy.
Pep keeps talking about net spend, but the real question is, how was the money generated from the first spending you made? You are able to sell because you signed alot of players in the first place, that's the real question. Some managers get to spend Ā£400m in four windows but you spent that in every window for 3years, you bought you way to success. Now you keep talking about net spend. City where not generating Ā£50m in revenue when you can in but you brought in players worth Ā£400m immediately. Admint it, you bought your way to success and just one player is out, you have lost your way as a manager....wake up mate!!
