Also, Bosnian is not an ethnicity.

That's great news. However, it's unfortunate that the Kosovo Government made this decision as a precondition for Council of Europe membership rather than prioritizing adherence to the rule of law.
Kosovo PM Kurti says he has instructed the Cadastral Agency to implement the 2016 decision on Deçan monastery.
"🇽🇰 membership in the Council of Europe would be a historic victory and also a gigantic step for our Republic towards EU5 recognition, enabling NATO & EU membership."
