Sox sign veteran righty pitcher Bryse Wilson to a one-year, major league deal worth $1.05 million. Wilson had a 4.04 ERA in 34 appearances last season, nine of which were starts. They also sent Chuckie Robinson to the Angels for cash in an ongoing game of musical catchers.
