@Wilson__Valdez Their logic is undeniable. No power executed by a Dem POTUS is ever legitimate, this courts must always intervene if the legislature can’t. Every power executed by a Republican POTUS is legitimate and this neither the legislature nor the courts must intervene.

@JDVance That is absolutely the purpose of having the 3 coequal branches. Government derives its just power from the consent of the governed. Whenever that government becomes destructive to those ends, it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it and institute a new government.

@VickiMStein @Warrior_334 @RachelBitecofer yes, but I don’t object to having an outsider come in as a consultant and look and make suggestions, provided it’s done with appropriate oversight and boundaries.

@Warrior_334 @RachelBitecofer I agree with this. I think both sides want to see a good hard look at all the spending. Perhaps there may he disagreement in what to fund but we all want efficiency.
