Do one thing Do it so well, that you can also find the time to tell about it online Or maybe do it so obsessively that you cannot even find the time and the bandwidth to tell about it But keep in mind - if it is not used for content online, some say it might not exist at all

@DiBrander Yeah, that is a struggle. I still eat meat, and all meals are packed with fatty stuff like avocados, nuts, kernels and such - and then lots and lots of vegetables and salad and fruit. How is your running coming along?

Be so obsessed that you can shut out the world Be engaged in your thing Do your thing Keep doing it Time will reward you A year ago my brother and I ran for 60 minutes twice a week Now we run for 45 minutes twice a week Same route Same ease during the run Just in better shape

Consistency is wonderful For a year my brother and I have been running together twice a week Nothing fancy. Slow runs. 4-6k while talking Now we are at a point, where conversations have become more elaborate and breathing pauses have shortened Consistency truly works wonders

@singledadreboot Yeah, but it feels kinda stupid by now Just feels so impossible to imagine when you're young and vibrant and all is good Kind of regret but at the same time glad there's still time to change Life is long (hopefully) and you learn along the way

If I have a secret sauce, it’s secret I do not understand all these online gurus selling their secret sauce If you’ve found it, then take advantage of it, enjoy it, sprinkle that sauce all over your life Don’t waste your time telling anyone about it Unless, of course, your secret sauce is selling the idea of a secret sauce to others

@pwheelerwrites It sure does. The main issue now is that I need to learn to eat more at the meals. It feels like a lot of food - probably because I am used to snacking constantly between meals. It'll get better too - in due time

What is wrong with America? I get the idea of taking production back home and trying to emphasize their own stuff and national pride But why are they acting like victims of the entire global community? USA is present everywhere in the world Thanks a lot for McD, Coke and all the other sugary goods, that've been exported. Most of the actions right now look like a petty bully in the school yard trying to power their will through It's all about winners/losers and alpha/beta and dividing everything in black and white and threatening left and right What is the plan? Is there an idea with this? Or are Americans just looking to alienate themselves from the entire world?

@pwheelerwrites I eat more. And more of what she's recommended Somehow I probably ate too little at the meals or maybe the wrong mixture of protein/carbs/fats Now there is more fat - avocados, olive oil and seeds - and more variety in vegetables and fruits It feels a lot better

@tiffanyryderRFH I am fairly certain, I'd have a hard time adjusting to 9-5 and showing up at the same location every day

@tiffanyryderRFH Haha yeah, I feel the same way all the time: "There has to be some adults to take care of all of this. I'm just doing the 'work'-bit"

The two biggest losses in my life made me rethink everything I thought I knew And it taught me to stop believing in end-all answers Whenever I believe in something, I try as hard as I can can to be open to the possibility that I am wrong The 2 losses were 1 / When my wife wanted a divorce To me marriage truly was till death do us part Not that she did not warn me, and I was in a really bad place It just took me by surprise when it finally happened 2/ When a friend fired me from a job he had hired me to The circumstances caught me off guard I always knew that even working with friends risked ending badly But again, I never expected it hitting me so hard We do not talk to each other today And these two events made me rethink and re-evaluate. I am less forthcoming Less expectant More self-reliant
