The Treaty of Peace and Friendship (1787) was a treaty that allowed the USA (13 colonies/colonizers) to be here in Morocco (Empire) for at least 25yrs. So America is IN Morocco. They are not the same. One is a colonizer and the other is to DECOLONIZE. We are Moors not Americans

The ICJ made a distinction between the Kingdom of Morocco and the Moroccan Empire. The summary of the decision was that the parties involved are not competent, meaning they’re not the proper party to make the decision. The Gov for the Empire of Morocco is!
