@Drptforum please read this review on Google. Kroger was awful to me! If you are an African American and you have a chronic illness or autoimmune disease and you are prescribed opioids, DO NOT go to this Kroger pharmacy. You will be racially profiled, belittled, and denied service. The pharmacist told me that it was against the law to pay for opioids out of pocket and against the law to use a pharmacy discount card for purchase. When I questioned the βlawβ, she told me that sheβs putting a note in the system so I can never fill prescriptions there. I have been using this pharmacy consistently since 2017. Theyβve always had amazing pharmacist (Joe and Deborah). They have both retired. The new pharmacist made me feel like I was nothing. Iβve written the board of pharmacy and have a call scheduled with the news station and my attorney on Monday. Iβve never been so humiliated and disrespected. Her tone and attitude was so condescending. You shouldnβt treat people this way because of the color of their skin and the medication that they take.
