It's also an error on my end for this for not consulting with Valentim before accepting the commission of a character based on theirs I was able to talk it out and settle it in private with the two and I'll be sure to be more cautious if a situation like this arises again
If i knew giving permission for a Maria's mommy fan character would mean just a Maria with another shirt and name, without any credit, i would have stopped him in the start.
