OK, I read why they turned down hearing it. It’s because there’s a lower court still waiting to rule on it. The Supreme Court’s not gonna step on a lower courts rulings they’re going to wait till that lower court rules and then they will take it up.

What’s the school needs to do is tell all these students you get back to class stop protesting on campus or you will be expelled without a refund on your tuition and you’ll never be allowed to reapply at this college again give them 24 hours and then start the expulsions

Yeah, he had fentanyl methamphetamines marijuana all this stuff in his system. I’m sure he probably had alcohol too during that day and his poor health conditions all took a little stress like being arrested and that caused him to die.

I highly doubt they’ll find a conviction, but if they do, it will be overturned very quickly on appeals way too much misconduct between the judge and the prosecution and unreliable witnesses at best if not, criminal
