Salvation Army Harbour Light This project will provide 46 affordable rental homes, 70 supportive homes, 134 permanent shelter beds and 50 correctional beds - a total of 300 beds for people living in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside.

Update on our Dania Seniors Affordable Housing project in Burnaby BC This week we paved the parking lot and multi-use pathway along Norland Ave. Landscaping is underway. All suites are painted, we're complete on level 6 and owner walkthroughs on level 5 happen later this week

Pleasantvale 2 is nearing completion! Located in Kelowna BC, right next to our Pleasantvale 1 property! -Landscaping is 99% complete. -Paving and line marking is freshly finished. -Townhouses are on track for completion before Christmas, and the apartment is soon after!
