We are pleased to announce that our recent application for £5000 worth of funding from West Dunbartonshire Council has been successful. This would not have been possible without the votes from our fantastic supporters.!
We were totally shocked to learn of the sudden death on Sunday of ERIC WILSON. Eric was well known in the local footballing circles having played with distinction for Rhu Amateurs, Dumbarton Academy FP's and Bishopton.
Vale of Leven F&AC are excited to announce along with local amateur team FC Argyle we will be forming Vale of Leven Football Academy with 9 teams including a new side in the U20 Development league.
On behalf of Breathing Space, we would like to award Jimmy Brown for his outstanding service and contribution throughout the years to the club⚽️🏅
All of his hard work is beyond appreciated and from everyone at the club - Congratulations & thank you Jimmy!💙
@MHCycleforScot
Congratulations to club captain ADAM MONAGHAN who recorded his 200th appearance for the club in Vales recent narrow defeat at the hands of Kilsyth Rangers. Signed from St.Johnstone in August 2008 and again in October 2013.
The club was very sad to hear of the passing of our former player Drew Busby. Drew was with the Vale from 1967 till 1970 and was part of the 1970 Evening times league championship winning side.
Our sincere condolences go out to his family, he was a true local legend of the game.
Our thoughts are currently with first team manager Brian Brown and his brother Alan who lost their grandfather Jimmy last week after a short illness. Jimmy, a former season ticket holder at Millburn, was a great supporter of his sons James and David & their footballing careers.
Congratulations to DAVID McNAUGHT who recorded his 300th appearance for the club yesterday at Newmains. First signed in Aug 2008 from Dumbarton, David made his debut in a 3-1 win over Port Glasgow at Millburn on 6th August 2008. 85 goals to his name and now into his 14th season
Summer pitch renovations at Millburn completed ahead of schedule. All we need now is the rain that is normally reserved for match day.

Already missing the injured King, Cameron, Stewart and Furze, Vales injury woes continued as captain Stephen Griffen was taken off in the 1st half with a broken arm that sees him ruled out for the rest of the season. We all wish Stephen a speedy recovery
The only game on grass in the West Juniors this afternoon. Not so pretty at full time but 3 points makes it all worthwhile just a wee bit hard work required to put it all back together
