Congratulations to @ValarStaking on an amazing year, progressing from the 2024 Algorand Global Hackathon through our incubator program, to mainnet launch and adoption. Just two weeks after Algorand's 4.0 upgrade, Valar saw 18M ALGO staked on its platform across 120 accounts, representing 6% of all accounts participating in consensus. @lakis_alex You can stake via Valar even with less than 30k $ALGO but you won't be eligible for #Algorand staking rewards. That's a requirement of the network. But you'll be voting and producing blocks even with a smaller stake. See docs for details about Valar:

@Wierszyk99 All your $ALGO is completely unlocked with peer-to-peer staking. You can move it (in full or a part) wherever you want. Just in case you have registered for #Algorand governance, check that you don't fall below your commitment while moving any $ALGO.

@cck689461 That you are running the node for 1 or 2 people (i.e. accounts). A node can typically be safely used by up to 4 people simultaneously.

@Wierszyk99 Google translate says you are using pooling and not peer-to-peer staking? If that is the case, see for details about rewards. If you are using peer-to-peer staking, the rewards are deposited directly to your account by #Algorand network in real-time.

🚨🚨🚨 This week we begin the first steps in reducing Algorand Foundation stake. Foundation stake doesn’t earn rewards of course, so this means increased rewards for the staking public. This increase in rewards will continue over the coming weeks. Updates on Thursday 6th.
