You have an enduring workers charter appeal rights violation caused by the 2002 transitional provisions for Workers Compensation Board and WorkSafe. BC United administration said during Bill 41 that needed to be remedied and claims to proceed because of that enduring rights violation caused by the 2002 transitional provisions amendments. It unlawfully violates injured and killed workers and their estates from filing claims Appeal based on new evidence. This unlawful amendment protects negligent employers and denies claims on new evidence under rules of common law. Evidence has no time limit and workers filing worksafe claims now have unfettered rights to bring appeals on new evidence under Worksafe. That is a gross violation of workers appeals rights going on in some cases 30 years ago! Worksafe is legally required to accept and process these longstanding claims without prejudice under rules of evidence under common law and BC worksafe legislation and regulations What do you plan to do when sessions resume to remedy this minister? Will you rescind the 2002 transitional provisions and order Worksafe to accept workers claims? It is a known violation of workers rights and must be considered and remedied

If you are, you have to put those pipelines back online again you cannot keep taxing Canadians into poverty and expecting Canada to be prosperous. Taiwan and many other southeast Asian countries want our liquid natural gas we could be richer than Saudi Arabia and do it in an environmentally responsible way we need this.

Right invoking the emergencies act again we know how that went the first time don’t we. That was a gross savage charter rights violation of Canadians. You cannot serve one day as leader or even Prime Minister if you are intending to invoke the emergencies act on Canada again there will be absolute chaos and that would mean the destruction of Canada. You cannot be serving one day you are extremely dangerous.

Seriously she’s in the middle of saving Canada right now from this tariff crisis that Justin Trudeau created! She’s justifiably super busy right now with that Crisis, but acknowledged it immediately.
