Good news! The deadline for submitting CMDA Capstone project proposals has been extended; if you or your organization are interested in partnering with a student team for the Spring 2025 semester, proposals will be accepted until Monday, Jan. 13.

While the final presentations for our Computational Modeling & Data Analytics (CMDA) Capstone course wrapped up last week, it’s not too late to sponsor a project for the spring semester! Proposals are due Monday, Jan. 6:

We're excited to announce this year's recipients of the Academy of Data Science Discovery Fund awards. The six interdisciplinary projects represent research from @VT_Science, @VTEngineering, @vt_cnre, @vtcsom and @vtnsi.

As part of the 12th Design and Analysis of Experiments conference hosted by the Virginia Tech Department of Statistics in May, five junior researchers were awarded for their poster presentations.
