5th red tee stripped off and rotavated today. It was without doubt the most uneven tee per square meter that we had. We'll start leveling it up tomorrow.

As yesterday was predominantly members please may I ask you to try a bit harder with raking and pitch mark repairs. The course is still very soft in places and you left it in a poor state.

@VLGCProShop It's going to be an interesting year between the Ping and Taylomade's. You've got all the options and the quad for fitting. I may need to extend the course.

Whilst Pete and I have stripped off the turf for the rebuild of the 11th tee, Wayne and Tony have been lifting some of the drain lines after a bit of settling. Fin is on his last college module before 2 assessments.

All greens have had the weidenmann over them. On the last few greens I'm training Fin on the iron so he's ready for the new season.

Further news, we are stripping the 6th tee off so we can start the rebuild. This is the first of many to be done over the next couple of years.

Old, clunky, bits needing replacing and not as fast as it once was but enough about Pete we've got the weidenmann out relieving compaction. 20+ years and still going strong.

Greens hand mown, they're being solid tined to 4 inches with a 2.5 inch spacing and I'm cold seeding some of the scar's out.
