@WestinWong My illness script was usually 1) the typical presentation, 2) typical exam findings, 3) typical workup and expected labs/imaging findings, 4) how the disease is usually managed. Using that, I found it easier to recognize when a patient had a typical vs atypical presentation

Today marks the end of a very long journey spanning 15 years!!! I’ve finally reached attending status. I am privileged to be taking my talents to @CincyChildrens, where I’ll be a combined newborn and pediatric hospitalist! Wish me luck!!
