@Lin_Manuel We baked bread! Minimal math measuring ingredients, but lots of science learning about how yeast works (it eats flour and excretes gas, which makes holes), what fungi are, and compared yeast to portobello mushrooms I had in the fridge. Also documenting gas excretion over 24hrs.
