Some more info, the staff etc are really not happy with Sancho. They worked hard and had a whole new role for him which they also worked on during pre season, playing him through the middle. All that work and effort has effectively gone to waste because of Sanchos attitude.

That's the biggest issue with the Isak thing. Club tried a lot, offered a significant contract but ultimately he wanted first team opportunities and that's on Ten Hag, and he hasn't done so. Ten Hag previously also promised him opportunities but never ended up giving him that.
Losing Isak Hansen is so annoying, this manager really struggles to give promised chances to anyone that isn't his 1st team.
