@diggajpyakurel It's situation dependant. Some squads, based on player personalities, profiles and qualities, need more rotation whilst others need more stability. Generally coaches want a steady 6-8 players in their team with some rotation with the other 2-4.

I think the main reason why players aren’t more open is because, at least in England, there’s all this nonsense as “appropriate behaviour” and all, and so people are very easily offended by things out the norm. In reality, this kind of openness should always be welcomed.
