📣It's here! Just published in Nature Medicine: Among of over 6,000 patients of telehealth abortion was as safe and effective as found in previous studies of in-person medication abortion care. Full paper linked below and a longer tweet thread to follow soon. 👇🏽

In a prospective study across US states where abortion remains legal, telehealth medical abortion, provided primarily without tests, was effective, safe and comparable to previous large US studies investigating in-person medication abortion care.

If abortion wasn't on the ballot in states across the U.S. they would have blamed Harris' loss on her strong abortion messaging. But the ballot initiatives proved that voters understand that abortion is healthcare.
