For Sukuna, Shrine is a cooking technique, which reflects his nature as a hedonistic cannibal. He cuts his ingredients and then cooks them. But Itadori isn't that kind of person at all, so fire or some modern method of cooking wouldn't make any sense.

So what does Itadori's sewing ability look like? My best guess is that it allows him to cut fragments of the soul along with the body, and sew those together. Truly combining souls is normally impossible. *unless there's a technique like Idle Transfiguration.*

That's why he'll painstakingly tear every trace of Sukuna from Megumi while still showing compassion toward even Sukuna whom he detests. Instead of negating the value of life, his soul powers affirm it. He may resemble Mahito on the surface, but they couldn't be more different.

If with Cleave and Dismantle, he's been severing the link between Fushiguro and Sukuna's souls, then with sewing, he can take Sukuna's (torn) soul and overlap it with his own. (Note: the rest of this thread is more so speculation on my part/it may play out differently).

70% of the community doesn't understand that Yuji's soul hax is only effective against incarnated sorcerers .It targets the boundary between souls but it doesn't do any direct damage to either soul. The only time Sukuna mentions soul RCT is after Maki stabs him with the SSK

Let's take a step back. A popular theory is that his ring finger is missing because Rika ate it to copy Shrine. But this doesn't make much sense; as an RCT user, he could easily restore a finger or two. He either cut off his own finger or left it unhealed for a reason.

@Classic0Casey Respectfully disagree. The bond between Yuji and Megumi is really deep and central to both of their characters. When they have a negative interaction it actually means something, their dynamic defines a lot of the story. Megumi may be introvert but they're definitely friends.

Itadori may already have activated his sewing technique by touching Sukuna's soul (what the spiky thing represents), giving him access to the 20th finger via resonance. I believe he'll incorporate the finger into his own body, replacing his missing finger.

Physically, envisioning this is a bit weird. So he may not literally put on Sukuna's fingers but begin to manifest traits similar to his along with stitches. Note that JL is unavailable due to Yuta/Hana being out of commission, so it's all up to the soul hax.

This is different from eating the fingers, which would've left Sukuna alive without learning his lesson. Instead of coexisting in one body, each fragment of Sukuna's soul may permanently fuse with Itadori. But won't Sukuna's will affect him? Won't he become evil? Maybe not.

Fact of the day: Sukuna losing his heart was mostly Yuta's feat. Yuta set it up, gave the signal, even left the SSK in his domain. Sukuna got WAY weaker without a heart, so the one Maki lost to is a much weaker version than the one Yuta was beating

This chapter was peak and it's just going to get better. The Yutajaku agenda died faster than Kashimo, then our goat made a generational entrance *in base*. This will be a tough battle, but don't forget that he has a perfect win rate and that 100% effective Okkotsu rizz ๐๐๐ฅ

Here are some facts:.- Yuta had the best post-Gojo performance by far.- Sukuna would've died if Megumi cooperated or if Yuta was there with Higuruma.- Sukuna took Yuta just as seriously as Gojo, Uraume just didn't sense it because the domain blocked CE waves.- Yuta will be back.
