@knoteoh Might also have to boot through USB to then repair and fix corrupt files on your hardrive

@knoteoh If safe boot work and launches then u can fix it through that, when restart pc try spamming shift f8 and it might bring up a boot options and u can normally use troubleshoot through there

@knoteoh The issue with this is that it legit can be anything, and it might work when turned on, such as everything powers on and spin but can be an internal issue with components. Or like I said can be corrupted files its legit just a case of anything could be wrong and having to find it

@knoteoh It's probably boot looping therefore not allowing it to full launch and safe mode u can do by accessing ur bios and finding the launch options and change that but it might not boot it for you to then solve the problem, another thing might be corrupt files or hardrive issues
