@Maps_2000 @ddee_ssbu I think he carries, but I don't think any part of his kit fundamentally allows you to skip learning large parts of the game. He's broken from a number standpoint. Characters like Mac, Kaz, or Samus skip parts of the game that even Steve players have to learn at least somewhat.
