🚨 @BhamCityCouncil : ‘We ain't got the money’ Yet, they're paying both permanent staff and agency workers, wasting taxpayer cash while members sit idle because agency staff took the lorries out yesterday (non strike day) while the council told our members to sit in the canteen.
