I’m an optimist. I really am. But at hour 3 of waiting in line at @psplisboa with a single officer taking reports, I got to say, maybe it’s not working. The queue keeps on growing and 2 reports have been filed before us. Crazy.

The EU continues to dive headfirst in the red tape crisis. A strange asymmetry between regulation and innovation. Disruption will come from less regulated markets. What incumbent does it protect ? how do you regulate at the speed of disruption? This stance ain’t it.
