DELTARUNE Chapter 1&2 was updated to 1.10 (PC/Mac) and 1.06 (PS4 & Nintendo Switch). This only fixes an issue where loading an old save or getting a game over would sometimes not work on versions 1.08 and 1.09. Sorry for any trouble this might have caused.
