Tip- when posting lifting videos Bench - spotter should be hands off, should not be bouncing weight off chest Squats- Ok with spotter but again hands off, arms by waste to support if wobble ok but depth should be as follows A "proper depth squat" means squatting down until the crease of your hip is at or slightly below the top of your knee - no plates or benches to determine depth Otherwise as a scout I’m turning off won’t even finish video!! 💪 Be strong but be legit!!!
