There was endless reports of ESPN not willing to add/pay for the addition. speculation we could join, never a report of "for what"

Between phones, tablets, PC's and tv's, I dont know anyone who hasnt been running multiple screens for years. Even casuals run games on their phone

@calebgpowell It does, but it's almost impossible to prove legally. It's proving a negative in most cases. But yes older people do also have more specific laws related to it, again not sure how you would specifically do the opposite for young people though.
