@OP_Analysis @OgHumanTripod @mrmorjman For example: Haki is a power-up. But Gum Gum Pistol is a technique. These things can be combined, such as using gum pistol with haki coating. Ashura isn't a power-up because Zoro is using his pre-existing stats in a new, more dynamic way. e.g. a technique
