Bumbirya Fred, Principal Officer II With 21 years in service, Mr. Bumbirya has been a key figure in maximum-security prison administration, serving at Isimba, Upper Prison, and Kitalya Mini Max. His organizational skills and security acumen have made him a trusted officer, overseeing operations in Ugandaβs highest-security prisons. Having completed the Junior Command and Staff Course, he continues to contribute to station administration and deployment. The President of the Republic of Uganda conferred the prestigious Diamond Jubilee Medal upon five officers of the Uganda Prisons Service during the 44th Tarehe Sita Anniversary Celebrations held in Kyotera District.
