OSC has been granted an indefinite stay by the MSPB halting the probationary removal of a VA whistleblower. The employee alleged the VA removed her after she made several disclosures concerning violations of VA property management rules.

Mr. Dellinger referred the matter to President Biden last week. He said there was “compelling” evidence to back up the whistleblower and that CBP failed to grapple with it. “I have concluded that the agency’s findings do not appear reasonable,” Mr. Dellinger wrote to Mr. Biden.
