I used to criticize USF for not caring about athletics. Since mid 2000s all they cared about was making AAU. Now that's done, we're seeing athletics finally getting its full attention. Establishing a solid foundation first was smart move. I was wrong.

You don't want an old bum who's past prime gonna cruise control. At USF, you want young, hungry coach who is gonna leave but will help boost program and attract more up-and-coming coaches. Golesh and Rahim are perfect examples. I think Kelly knows this.

USF admin cared so much about AAU, they abandoned athletics. This is the consequence. Eventually, though, it will be only SEC and Big 10 as a top division football. All the rest will inevitably be cast aside as basically the new FCS. Might as well accept it.

Mohl saved me thousands of dollars this year. After paying to watch a 7-0 lead blown after 19 runs were given up at the Stetson away game I was so pissed and embarrassed, that was it for the season. Not driving three hours anymore for this shit.

I saw it with my own eyes. All that mattered to Judy was joining the AAU. Every dollar on campus was spent on this and our Athletics went down the toilet. It was literally the opposite of UCF, perhaps equally as stupid.

When USF created it was the southernmost university in the state. Florida's men's and women's Univ both located in historic "North Florida," Gainesville and Tallahassee respectively. Mosquito County was unlivable - yellow fever .
