Love the 1st week of December. Have loved it for a while. Strong 2002 vibes since summer and really feeling it. Yes the cold was delayed a few days but that's normal there is always a lag.

In this situation you flag the cop and tell him who you are and get help. You don't try to go around the traffic stop. The officer has no idea who's in that car and there was a fatal accident not long before. Totally understand why the officer reacted strongly.

It's hard not to get caught up in fantasy storms but remember meteorology, not modeology. Meteorology says there is a storm behind this setup. Sub PV into the 50/50, -NAO, and sprawling HP working down the ridge. I still like 12/1-12/7. Has been my thoughts for some time.

All the people posting about the GEFS being warm and trolling our feed where are you today? Total reversal (as we expected) as they now mimic the OP GFS now with cold and blocking as we get to and past Turkey day.
