It has been a great privilege to serve my country in your country. I want to thank all the people I have met in the UK for their help, support, and friendship during my time here.

To use some classic British understatement – my time in the UK has been quite eventful! Throughout it all, I have been deeply touched by the decency of the British people and immensely proud of the work we have done together.
