Today marks 2 years that kids in Ukraine have had their childhoods shattered by the ongoing war. Active fighting, shelling and air strikes continue to devastate the livelihoods of Ukrainian kids. More than 4 million children still live in fear.
With the conflict in Gaza in its 20th week, the surge in acute malnutrition is unprecedented, affecting children, pregnant and breastfeeding women the most. If a humanitarian ceasefire doesn't happen soon the impacts are going to be felt for years to come.

Palestinian children in West Bank & Jerusalem, were meant to start the 1st day of their winter term on January 14, but there is no school resuming in the Gaza Strip for the 625,000 students there.
There has been no school for 100 days.
The children of Gaza need a ceasefire now.

Yet another day of sorrow and fear as another wave of deadly attacks continue to impact children in Ukraine.
According to reports, on Jan. 6:
- 5 children killed in Donetsk region
- 3 children injured in Dnipropetrovsk & Kherson regions
- a school damaged in Kharkiv region
