We've just heard that Brian Trueman has died age 92. He will be most remember for his work at Cosgrove Hall, like Dangermouse, Count Duckula and Chorlton. In the 90s he helped with "Truckers" or Thomas the tank engine
We are hearing that Gudrun Ure, known to many as Tyne Tees' Supergran has sadly passed away at 98 years old! Here is the programme titles seen on Yorkshire TV in 1985 with the catchy Billy Connolly theme tune. RIP Gudrun
This weekend is the 40th Anniversary of The A Team being first broadcast on ITV. The series was launched on 22nd July 1983 with the pilot film before the full series launched the following week. The series quickly moved to a Saturday night.

Happy 40th birthday to BBC Breakfast. For the first time a UK WIDE service was provided. (There were regional services before) It was original called BBC Breakfast time presented by Frank Bough, Selina Scott and Nick Ross.
