Winter bugs and other viruses spread more easily and quickly as people mix indoors. You can help keep yourself and others well by staying home if you feel unwell. Catch your coughs and sneezes in a tissue. Washing your hands regularly.

Getting lifelong protection against #measles is simple – you just need to have 2 doses of the #MMR vaccine. If you think you or a loved one isn’t up to date, contact your GP practice to book a catch up appointment.

TB is treatable, and timely diagnosis is key. Don't ignore symptoms; consult your GP practice for guidance and support if you have had a cough that usually has mucus and has lasted more than 3 weeks.

Not every persistent cough, along with a fever, is caused by flu or COVID-19. A cough that usually has mucus and lasts longer than 3 weeks can be caused by a range of other issues, including TB. Please speak to your GP if you think you could be at risk.

Lots of people are getting #norovirus at the moment. If you catch the winter vomiting bug, stay home for 48 hours after symptoms stop to prevent passing it on.
