On Pep Guardiola's divorce. It seems to me that no matter what a man does, it's never enough. If you're lazy, it's a problem. If you're hardworking, it's a problem. If you're struggling, you're not enough. If you're too successful, you're too much. It's like walking a tightrope where no matter which way you lean, you're bound to fall. Imagine dedicating your entire life to providing for your family, pushing yourself to the limits, working tirelessly to create a better future, and still being told it's not enough. No scandals, no cheating, no abuse—just a man doing his best, yet somehow, even that becomes a reason for criticism. It makes you wonder—what does it really take to make things work? If a man sacrifices too much time for work, he's accused of neglect. If he spends too much time at home, he's seen as lacking ambition. The goalposts are constantly shifting, and at some point, you realize that no matter how much effort you put in, it may never be truly appreciated. It's a tough world for men who just want to do right by their families, only to find themselves questioned, doubted, and sometimes even left behind. Success should be celebrated, not punished. But in the end, it seems that for some, no amount of effort is ever truly enough. May God help all "good" men out there to keep their marriages.

In 2014, a 2008 Toyota Corolla Sport could be purchased for 1.2 million naira. Fast forward to 2025, and the same car—now 17 years old—is selling for a staggering 9 million naira. What’s even more alarming is the exchange rate shift. In 2014, 1.2 million naira was worth around 6,000 dollars. Today, 9 million naira barely amounts to 5,500 dollars. This means that in just a decade, the naira has lost over 700% of its value. To put it in perspective, buying that car in 2025 requires seven times the amount it took in 2014, yet the car itself has depreciated in age and utility. The economic reality has shifted so drastically that what once seemed within reach is now nearly impossible to attain. Consider this: In 2014, an entry-level intern doctor in Nigeria could earn 1.2 million naira in just 7 to 8 months. Back then, that amount was equivalent to 6,000 dollars. Today, the same 6,000 dollars is worth about 10 million naira—an amount no intern doctor could dream of earning within the same timeframe. This comparison lays bare the devastating decline of economic stability over the past decade. What was once attainable has become a distant dream, and the purchasing power of Nigerians has been eroded beyond recognition. The reality is stark—our collective economic well-being has been systematically dismantled, and the cost of living has spiraled to unimaginable levels. The question now is: where do we go from here?

Over $1 TRILLION captured in a single picture at Trump’s inauguration—Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, and Mark Zuckerberg, three of the world’s wealthiest men, all in one frame. That’s about the size of the entire budget of Africa’s 54 countries combined! And here’s the irony: Just a few years ago, the former owner of Twitter (now X) banned Trump from the platform, trying to silence him forever. Yet today, not only is Trump back, but some of the most powerful figures in tech and business are right there at his inauguration, witnessing his return to power. Money and influence recognize strength, and success always attracts the powerful. May your success be so undeniable that even those who doubted, opposed, or tried to silence you will have no choice but to be part of your celebration

I’ve been back from work for hours, and CNN is still showing nothing but Trump’s inauguration—wall-to-wall coverage of the very man they despised, ridiculed, and fought so hard to keep out of office. The same CNN that campaigned endlessly against him is now left with no choice but to broadcast his triumph to the world. There’s a powerful lesson here: No matter how much people oppose you, no matter how hard they try to bring you down, if God has destined you for success, even your greatest critics will be forced to acknowledge your victory. May your enemies be left with no option but to celebrate your achievements, may those who tried to silence you become the loudspeakers of your success, and may your story be a testimony that defies all odds

Where many saw an old, dented metal sheet, someone envisioned the Tesla Cybertruck. Where some saw a mere bird, someone else saw the inspiration for human flight. Where some dismissed ordinary rocks, another saw the foundation of a grand mansion. Where many saw discarded food waste, someone saw the fuel for a sustainable energy revolution. Where many saw struggle, someone saw the seed of a thriving empire. Where others saw a filthy street, a visionary built a waste management empire. Now, pause. Where are you? What do you see? Nothing? Remember, where you see nothing, someone else is spotting a breakthrough. Don't just look—analyze. Don't just think—innovate. Don't just act—seek wisdom from those who have walked the path before you. Always remember—you are destined for greatness!

To those who still think success is all about certificates, certifications, or the name of the "school" they attended—without mastering key skills—be prepared for a rude shock in the near future. The shift has already begun, and there is no turning back. While certificates are undoubtedly valuable, without hands-on skills, certificate holders will continue to struggle to land great jobs. In an era where people can learn for free on platforms like YouTube, Udemy, and Coursera, the future is bright only for those who can demonstrate practical abilities. Gone are the days when certificates and fancy language alone could secure opportunities—now is the time for what you can do with your hands. The richest man in the world has spoken, and I am sure the whole world heard him clearly.

One challenge I notice many young entrepreneurs face is jumping into a business with the expectation of making profits immediately. It's important to understand that a new business can generate revenue for 2-3 years without actually turning a profit. There’s a clear distinction between generating revenue and achieving profitability.
