After work I always eat Tibetan Tsampa with tea. Tsampa is an equivalent of ancient cereal & made with roasted barley. It’s the staple food of Tibet mostly consumed with Yak&Lamb meat. Tsampa gives me deep connection to my homeland Tibet which is under brutal Chinese occupation.
